Service Technician Dan arrived as scheduled and completed the work in a professional and friendly manner. We have been able to depend on A-Action Heating and Cooling for the past 8 years and plan to continue doing so.

Dan, and staff at A-Action have been great over the last several years. When we were in need of replacement of the furance we reached out to A-Action to replace it along with adding a new AC. Since then they have been easy to work with scheduling annual maintenance inspections in. I highly recommend this company. Jerry Burgess

Had no heat, had someone first from another company come out and misdiagnose entire problem and aggressively try to sell me a whole new expensive furnace for $15K without even looking at what was going on- I had to turn him away. Levi w A-Action came out- was super knowledgeable and pleasant and immediately within minutes identified the true problem, and as a bonus even had the part on hand (an obscure blown ignitor). Best service call experience I’ve ever had (for any appliance/work) and just a really night-and-day different experience vs “the other guy” I found googling things. Can’t thank enough and our house has heat again

A-Action installed an A/C unit for me and I would like to encourage anyone needing Heating and/or Cooling work to give them a call. Very prompt service, reasonable prices(out bid two competitors) and just plain old excellent custumer care! Special shout out to the install team! Professional, courteous, and highly capable! Really appreciate Dan and his boss who replaced our 25 year old furnace's motor, which stopped working on the coldest day in Tigard, right before Christmas holiday and service was scarce in the area. The original unit's manufacturer was out of business, despite unavailability of part they helped out and ended our miserable 2 days of a cold home. Very compassionate and professional. Thank you guys once again!

This morning my furnace quit running and after calling 5 companies I was so fortunate to find out that A-Action Heating & Cooling had a cancellation. Dan Mullenix came out and got right to work on the problem. He was able to replace a part and we now have heat in 40 degree weather. Dan was friendly and explained what he did and made us feel confident that he knew what to do. Thank you Dan. You were the Best!!

A-Action has exceeded our expectations with their Service and genuine care and support of their customers. From the owner to their office staff and technicians, the honesty, diligence and quality of their work is outstanding! We have been customers since the 1980’s and they never fail to deliver excellent service. We recently had to replace our whole hvac system. From start to finish and the some. Great people and great service!

We hired A-Action to replace our 20+ year old furnace and A/C. There was a bit of delay getting the correct furnace delivered, but once everything was here, it was a seamless process. The A-Action crew were professional and courteous. They took the time to answer any questions I had and to explain how to operate our upgraded thermostat. They were very patient when my kids asked several questions too. They kept everything clean and worked two long days to get everything done. Highly recommend them!!
